Comprehensive Dialectic Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps people manage intense emotions, reduce harmful behaviors, and build healthier relationships. It is especially effective for individuals struggling with mood swings, impulsivity, substance use, and difficulty coping with stress.

True Comprehensive DBT programs have 4 components:

  • Weekly Individual Therapy

  • Weekly Skills Group

  • Phone Coaching

  • Weekly Therapist Team Meetings

Our program has all four components!
