Our DBT programs are designed to be clear, supportive, and flexible:

Weekly group sessions that follow the core DBT modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness that are approximately 2 hours in length.

A structured format with skills teaching, discussion, and take-home practice so you can apply what you learn between sessions.

Flexible start dates — talk with your therapist to find the next available opening for your program.

Integration with individual therapy — individual sessions are part of the program, alongside group work for additional support, and scheduling is designed to be flexible.

DBT for Addiction Recovery

DBT for addiction recovery addresses the emotional and behavioral patterns that fuel substance use. Participants learn to manage cravings, cope with stress without substances, and build a life that supports long-term recovery.
